Hey guys, I got Bride Cordelia and I want to insert her into my current Blade/Buff Mage team. Also generally want to improve team so I'll run both a "Who to replace w/ Cordelia?" and "What should I give my units?" since I love my waifus. I'll write out my thoughts and you tell me if I'm retarded.

Nino. She's perfect, not looking to replace her.

Linde. Needs a B skill (Pass is only there cause Fir had Glacies and SI boosts Arena points or something?). Vantage might be the ticket since Ardent Sac allows easy procs.

Sanaki. On the table for replacement. She kills reds really good, especially Hector. Needs a B skill. I'm open to anything.

Olivia. She dances, she buffs, she WoMs.

Bride Cordelia. Adding her to the team would give me a physical attacker. Torn between Fury, LnD and Deathblow. The latter two would cost me 20k feathers. B skill Vantage?

I appreciate any feedback.

My account seems to switch between super lucky and super unlucky. I managed to get Bunmilla on my second click yet dropped 120~ orbs for Ephraim and got nothing not even a 5*, then dropped 70 on brides only to get a single random 5*.

Not him but while I can see where you are coming from, it doesn't change the fact that only her battle damaged art and neutral art looks good. Neutral basically only appears when you aren't playing the game and specifically browsing her on your tiny ass phone screen, while her battle damaged state is hard to trigger due to her high hp and she wants death blow anyways since she lacks the speed to trigger desperation from fury.

To top it off, her attack art is the worst by far since it covers up her biggest assets, her tits. Even being as shallow as you can get, it's a bad deal and you're better off hoping her regular version isn't as stupid.

Agreed, but why does that matter? No one sees neutral art besides purposely going into a hero's profile and then even then it's cluttered with stat windows unless you move to the pose selection. At that point you may as well just download the image and open it on your phone or PC. What matters is attacking/battle damage, and she wins that in spades unlike say Ursula.

It only applies 50% bonus attack to the amount of damage you'd do normally. So if you do zero damage normally, 50% of zero is still zero and you still do zero damage whereas DA/iceberg/bonfire etc slaps a damage bonus based on your actual stat (e.g. atk/def/res stat of 50 would give 25 bonus damage) so if you did zero before you do 25 extra damage.

In short, glimmer only adds a load of extra damage if you'd already deal a lot of damage to the target making it mostly useless.

Think about how Damage works in this game. If you're doing chip damage, an extra 50% on top of that will do fuck all in extra damage. If you're doing any respectable amount of damage (which the meta is heavily geared towards, with a large preference for getting as many OHKO/ORKOs as possible) it's completely and utterly overkill. It's only good when you have mediocre enough damage but still good enough to tip you over the kill threshold if it procs. When compared to shit like Moonbow/Luna or the defensive/Attack based specials, it's woefully inadequate.

I've been playing IF to practice my moon and I don't even have her +20 crit skill yet and she has a 60% crit vs everything, including swords and tomes, if she's next to or merged with my avatar with the super heavy rod. Which she always has access to because you get at least 3 when you can use her. She has pretty high skill and speed growths so her crit is always high and she always doubles. Her strength is almost on par with ryoma's too. With her classes it's still a 40% growth rate. She also has high defense stats. She often takes 0 damage, even vs red weapons.

That being said, it's going to be at least a year before she is in.

For as powerful as Thundercock is, he's the definition of a one trick pony. He'll hit hard, and he'll hit twice. He's not built to do anything else besides that, and he doesn't care to anyways. Her personal str growth is 20% which is low but her classes she has has access to adds another 20%. Assuming you don't use a marriage or buddy proof for a different class. It's still bad but she has really high personal growths for every other stat, namely skill at 50%, 45% speed, 35% luck and, 40% def.

Given the fact that she always has access to the super heavy rod after ch13, a +20 crit skill, and if you partner her up with someone with a class with skill bonuses, out side of her kid, she will have the highest crit in the game around a constant 75%-80%+ against everything, everything. So it doesn't matter that her str score is 5 lower than someone else's when she always doubles and always crits and crits for 100+ damage.

Theoretically it wouldn't be terrible, but think about the meta right now. Colorless is basically nonexistent outside of shit like Bride Cordelia, meme team WS Elise, Kagero and Bride Lyn, and you're only going to see Cordelia and Kagero when you're attacking since Healers are terrible on Defense. Both of them are pretty easily taken care of by the usual TA+Raven setup already, so Glimmer's pretty unimportant there.
Then we get to the meat of the matter. You have a color you already absolutely dominate with TA on your side, a color you're neutral to, and a color you can't do shit to. Glimmer is probably overkill on the positive matchup, not enough to secure the kill on a neutral one, and you're doing literally nothing to the enemy on a bad matchup.
Personally, I still can't see a reason to use it.
