Well Koj never really did much for ZOE. He's just a name on the box. The real brains where Shuyo Murata and Shinkawa.

As for what I liked? Well while 1 is a bit dry it did set up the ground work for a fun and interesting mecha setting (watch the animes) and for any short comings 1 did have 2 is just over all a very well done action game. Good controls, a lot of exciting set pieces, great sound track and wasn't up its own ass. Just a solid game. I wish they'd expand on the setting even if it's just another anime

I feel like more should be said, but this is the gist of it. I grew up on Blizzard. Found D3 to be the biggest disappointed, SC2 was mediocre, and Legion is the first expac I didn't resub for.

Other games like DoW1, Paper Mario, Divine Divinity, and Battle For Middle-Earth 2 all deserve a mention.

Hell, this data is too vague to make much out of and there's not enough of it. Post these threads once a week for half a year and collect the results and you might get something worth analyzing. What would you really find, though? Seemingly the only thing you could look into with this data would be how the tastes of the faggots here evolved based on which games they played in their childhood, or based on what their first game was.

The first game is a terrible indicator in most cases, I think, as it's something you had no control over. Most people, I assume, got some random game from their parents directly or just played whatever came with their first gaming platform.

I suppose some dev could be like "oh the people who loved this game as a kid now seem to like these types of games a lot. Maybe we should include some nostalgia elements from X game (genre) to our new game from the Y genre."
