VtMB if you want a good RPG with a decent story.
EYE if you want a decent shooter with RPG elements.

VtMB is better if you're looking for a traditional game instead of shooting around and not knowing what the fuck is going on.

EYE is a broken literal meme FOTM game that's generally only liked on /v/ and riddit
VtM:B is an actual good game.

VTMB plays like Fallout: NV, where stat checks and character focused choices and roleplaying takes the spotlight. While the gameplay is rather unimpressive, the writing is pretty good. Though a lot of people complained about bugs, I'm playing with the Unofficial patch and only encountered two, which was easily remedied by noclip.
