I don't know, they have some "not great stuff" behind them but they got better and their 2 Styx games are even pretty good imho. Maybe they can do something with that game.

The mythos is a cluster fuck of different authors, some of which is public domain/creative Commons and some of which is not.
"Call of Cthulhu" is owned by Chaosium Games, a tabletop RPG publisher. Maybe the new vidya is licensed by them and based on the tabletop?
