If you're confident in your PC, then PC with the FAR fix. The PC version has optimization issues, but it's not a problem for stronger computers and will run it fine. If you're not fully confident in your PC, PS4.

Well PS4 you have to pay for online to play multiplayer unless the game has its own servers and shit separate of PSN which there aren't many of.

You can't multitask on a PS4 and there are more games on PC coupled with more hardware and software options

Unless you want/like the PS4 exclusives, why would you wanna get a PS4?

PS4 works without having to dick around with downloading fan made patches and fixes for the HDMI refresh rate bug. But PS4 does have annoying micro stuttering in some areas of the game and is locked to 900p.

I would say get it on PS4, especially because that's where the much larger player base is for the little online components of the game. But if you absolutely need to have the best graphics possible and don't care about dicking around with mod fixes to fix a shitty port than get the PC version.

There's a readily available fan mod that fixes them and it makes the game run much better as well. Neither console version can hold 60FPS and sees frequent dips into the 40's.
