So since everyone wants a MGR clone I'll be contrarian.

A squad based tactical strategy game.

You command a group of life fiber users in conquering or liberating earth from the life fibers and their human minions/ life fiber monsters.

The core of the game should revolve around some kind of tailor system where you can make your own outfits and weapons.

Like you start making basic 1 star unis and go all the way up to godrobes.

Some kinda flexibility with uniform abilities would be cool, like what spore was trying to do with creature creation. Think like adding whips, sound cannons to uniforms.

You could have a few different factions: Nudist beach (would have a different mach based crafting system); Kiryuin; earth government forces; other life fiber aligned fashion empires; other high schools; life fibers themselves.

The characters would have wildly over the top super moves with thematic music. Also should have tactical team up super moves.

The goal would be to progressively liberate or enslave geographic regions in order to save (or conquer) the earth. As you liberate new regions you acquire new recruits and regional bonuses

I want a Samurai Flamenco game that is divided in a series of chapters, each about a specific period of heroics of the main character, and each with its own specific gameplay and artstyle.
Like, the start of the game is a simple 2D point and click detective adventure where you resolve umbrella thefts and help old women cross the streets and tell people to take out their trash on the right day and shit, then it turns into a 2D sidescrolling beat 'em up where you can swap between Sam Flam and Flamengirl for the King Torture arc, then Flamengers is a giant robot brawler similar to the Godzilla games in playstyle, then Alien Flamenco/renegade Flamenco arc is a proper 3D Platinum-style action game and the final Sawada arc is a visual novel.

I was actually worried that the show would stagnate into "club president of the week" until the episode with the Naturals Election or whatever. Then the tournament happened and it became "club president of the week" anyway.

Also, the entire field trip arc was mostly unnecessary except the very end. I feel like it was just an excuse to make jokes about Osaka for several episodes.

Or maybe I'm just remembering everything wrong, it's been a long time.

yeah i think they could have played up the 'school' aspect which was nailed so well in the earlier episodes a little longer.

maybe have a school dance or something for more fun slice of life and characterization stuff. the episode where mako starts a fight club is pure gold in terms of humor and sentimental value, as well as having a big 'school setting' influence.
