Because teleporting miles away from an incoming monster by crossing an imaginary border into the next zone totally wasn't casual. Without those borders they've added stealth and mobility options. Healing is also much harder because of this, so you can now move and heal. You can't claim the game hasn't been balanced around these changes without seeing any real gameplay. And Monster Hunter is truly the pinnacle of faggots claiming obfuscation of game mechanics is difficulty. Being able to enable damage numbers to see what you're doing wrong and how to hurt monsters more without having to load up a wiki and examine hitboxes and movesets is a great addition. Don't even pretend like you didn't have that information spoonfed to you at some point.

Capcom won't announce it because Nintendo will bring it over like always.

Western Sony doesn't care about Vita or Nintendo. This E3 has made it pretty clear Sony wants their shit to be considered mature and marketable to a western palette on PS4. to this end, they helped pay for the development of MH World (which has no Switch release) and washed out all the color and 'wacky' elements, basically anything that might look too 'japanese', and then they can market westernized MonHun instead.
