Just use guerillamail (or mailinator in case they banned those domains and 1q2w3e for phpBB and similar sites, they all follow the same format so you can do it without Google translate once you learn the user/mail/password/password, check all boxes if you're unsure which is the rules box the ones with bold/links, I use a script to autofill them.
