Is planet coaster any good or am I better off just stucking to the roller coaster tycoon games?
>how badly do you rip people off
If a ride is a 5 in the excitement rating, I charge five bucks. If it a 2.5 in excitement, I charge 2.50. You see the pattern. This only works if park entry is free.
For newly opened thrill rides, you can charge like 4 or 5 bucks in the first year and get away with it even if the excitement rating is rather shit. Eventually they'll refuse to pay that price.
>have a cool park to show off?
pic related I guess
>how often do you kill people?
never unless I built a coaster vulnerable to station brakes failure and accepted the risks
>how do I have a profitable Park when I'm not allowed to charge for ride tickets?
charge no entry free, see above

Planet Coaster is good. Its basically RCT4

It's way better than the shittiness that is RCT World. If you liked RCT3, then Planet Coaster is practically the spiritual successor to that.

Been a long while since I played. I always liked to bury the lines underground. I often stack rides vertically, so they impact each others stats and take up less space.

Truly, there is no fate worse than this.
I bought RCT1 Deluxe a long time ago and I'm still plugging my way through that shit. I try to minmax the park too much and thoughtfully consider the best way to aesthetically expand the park, instead of just plugging shit down and building coasters willy nilly and getting the scenario goal within 3 hours and practically no pausing.
Basically I probably need to fucking chill, or I'll never make it through this game in the near future.
