Yeah I bought a new 3ds XL galaxy and to my surprise... none of them are IPS pretty lame i think they just got sick of people complaining and trying to replace them.

I've seen videos though with IPS 2ds Xl screen from previews. Most likely some have and some don't.

it doesnt even have to be IPS, you can achieve good screen viewing angles without it (cheap phones have it)
