This inadvertedly answer's the OP's question. Women are the star of the show in any event featuring video games because of all the betas. The get into games because of the enormous amount of attention (or money) it gets them. It's all about getting the dick at the end of the day. Maybe 2% of women actually play because they really enjoy it.
