Up to about four or so years ago I was downloading things at a maximum speed of 64kb/s. That does a lot to teach you discipline and patience, let me tell you that.
No caps though, which is a garbage practice for garbage countries to adopt.

I average around 950KB/s but sometimes steam will randomly jump up to like 1.2MB/s. Shit only kills me when both my bro and I download a game to play coop and he gets that shit way faster than me. He lives in the city. But other than that, I just download overnight when I sleep if it's a big game. Not really a problem. Though, if I had to deal with datacaps I'd probably straight up kill myself.

I don't live in America, so I have fibre optic internet and no data cap.

American infrastructure is a joke.

I get about 8-9MB down about 2MB up.

Most ISPs here seem to have complete shit upload speeds and what I have now is the fastest available to me.

I used to have a 3mb connection and it took me atleast 4 days to download this. I usually throttled the speed lower when i wasn't sleeping because downloading anything murdered my connection.
