Prime 2 and 3 were maybe disappointing when compared to the masterpiece that was Prime 1, but they were still great games and generally well received.

There's a reason why people are excited for Prime 4.

Hunters wasn't bad either if you had friends to play with, but of course a multiplayer-focused game is "bad" when you play by yourself.

The only bad ones are Other M (made by Team Ninja), and Fed Force (spin-off)

That baffled me too honestly. As a non-Xbox player, isn't Halo their most popular exclusive by a wide margin? Yes it is, they had so many opportunities to, with original Xbox BC Halo 1 and 2 should have been staples, where was Halo 3 and 4 for Xbox 360 BC? no 4K enhancements with new features for Halo 5. I didn't understand what they were doing. I was so disappointed when they ended on a Bioware game. At least I know 2018 E3 will be so much better. Prime 2 and 3 were well received and fairly popular games in the fanbase. You personally disliking them doesn't mean you can ignore their critical reception or how important the Prime Trilogy was to the series. There's a fucking reason that people have wanted a follow-up to Corruptions cliffhanger for years.

The series has been bad since Other M, but it's also had two games released in that timespan. One game that was a perfect shit storm, which even its Director is moving away from stylistically, and a throwaway co-op spinoff on the 3DS of all systems that reflects the core titles as well as Prime Pinball does. On top of that, neither development team is involved with Prime 4.

This is as fucking stupid as dismissing Oddysey as trash because /v/ generally shat on 3D Land and NSMB.
