What's your favorite co-op game that no one ever talks about? Pic very related, granted it in my all-time top 3.
Anno 1404 is amazing, but I only played it singleplayer. Gonna play it with a friend for the first time soon

The fun we used to have with this shit. I miss those days.

I wish I had someone to replay it with too.
I even still own the original PSX disc for it, but nothing to play it on.
coop Beat 'em up with rpg element and tight ass gameplay
The Wizard's invoker design is probably my favorite in this decade

Soldiers: Heroes of World War 2 has an amazing co-op.I never played it with anyone though.

>tfw not getting this game because it seems nothing like the original Gauntlets

As someone who played a shit ton of gauntlet legends on arcades, n64 and on ps2, I thought this game was pretty shit. Coop is a must if you want to not kill yourself while playing.
The Forest
Dead Island
Dying light

It's very different, but it's still fun if you can find someone to play it with who won't whine constantly about it about it being different to the original and you aren't that person yourself.

divinity original sin, is one of my favorites
sometimes id like to play with somebody that has not played it before, but that would feel like cheating, so i end up playing alone again

if you dont think wizard isn't the tightest shit there is something wrong with you
>>380449398
It had some pretty cool features to it (wizard was pretty tight) don't get me wrong, but overall it felt kind of meh for me. ThereWasAnAttempt.jpeg

Have you tried the 4 player mod?
One of my friends is total garbage at this kind of game which makes it hilarious.
>stun grenade deviation stuns 3/4 of the party
>playing on the new tactical mode, traps, traps everywhere. 4 resurrection scrolls near starter orc beach.
Helldivers is pretty good

>locked camera
no
>>380451278
You're supposed to play with people and work together as a team. The locked camera reinforces that. It's not like Diablo or whatever where you can just run around doing anything you want.
>>380451624
Except people aren't even moving at the same speed with vehicles etc.
All it reinforced was me and my friends co-oping on playing something else
>>380447534
I wish dragons dogma had coop. But I never had friends anyways..
>>380452309
Which is why you discuss loadouts and the strategy BEFORE dropping into a mission. Communication is very important in this game.
