Im just really impressed with the team remaking this from scratch and taking every bit of criticism they've gotten and changed things as much as possible to make it look better and play better.

It seems pretty close to the original in gameplay and thats good enough for me. More importantly I think what they've done with the visuals was an impossible feat they achieved by constant change and somehow appeasing most people.

On top of that I think the animation is fucking fantastic. Its just a game where you can feel the love and effort involved. Kudos to the devs.

Even if they're trying to be faithful, there's a lot of detail missing which is bothering me.

Ratchet was the worst kind of remaster/reboot/whatever the fuck.

It stank of higher ups forcing it to promote the shitty movie, cut content everywhere, a garbage story that shits over the original, making the characters bland as fuck, making everything bland as fuck, removing weapons. But hey at least it looked nice!

Apparently that's where you unlock/switch to Coco. As for Stormy Ascent there's no word as of yet. Looks like we'll have to wait until the game releases.

There are 26 gems for CB1, 45 for CB3 all revealed in the inventory from the start, so no "truly" hidden levels like in the original Warped. The devs also said they didn't really have time to add 'new features' but they added Coco as a bonus after one of theri game jam sessions.
