metal gear solid v has really good gameplay, but it's evidently rushed and unfinished

Metal gear. Witcher fucking sucks. The only reason it's popular is because reddit likes it. MGSV is 12X more fun and has 200X more options. Witcher 3 Is hot overated garbage.

Buy MGSV if you're a huge MGS fan (which you aren't cause you would've played it by now), Witcher 3 otherwise.

Here's an idea, pirate both games and play them for 3 hours each, and then buy the one you liked most.
I've never played either of these games.
