The Surge and Lords of the Fallen werent made by Fromsoft, they are Souls Clones. Clones because they have similar combat mechanics.

plus they were really stressing that Bandai Namco was publishing it to Trick people into thinking Fromsoft might have some involvement, since their Logo is what comes up in every souls game.

Im hoping it good and less predictable than Lord of the Fallen. But Fromsoft kinda mastered randomness in combat that is hard to reproduce.

All in all pretty happy with this E3. Dragonball fightan by Arksys was literally my "would be cool but will never happen" game and it's HAPPENING. Metroid is fucking alive, and the Mario X Rabbids game actually looks fun. My only worry is MH worlds because it's either going to be fucking amazing and be the new exciting evolution in MH games or it's going to be SHIT.

All in all I am happy.

Feels like I am missing a couple, one of which is a 2.5 indie game.

E3 was, like every year, mostly just a series of disappointments. EA was all irrelevant sports shit, Ubisoft was homogenised design and reskinned AC shit, Sony was all movie game QTE shit. I think Microsoft actually had the strongest showing of games, even if they're all on PC too. Nintendo saved the whole fucking debacle just with a Metroid Prime 4 title card and Odyssey looking fun as fuck.
