Whut? The idea of a space elevator is that the other end goes so far out of the atmosphere it can act as it's own counterweight. I think, at least. Like how when you spin around while holding one end of a rope with the other tied to a rock, the string will get fully extended outward due to the forces on the rock.

I was just gonna ask if the player was bad but I read through the thread. He seems to have trouble keeping the plane steady. Was flying upside down 50% of the time, wiggling from left to right and not really keeping a fast pace. It looked impressive graphically but gameplaywise this video did not do it for me. I'm still interested in the game as I have never played an Ace Combat game. I'm gonna chuck my lack of excitement on the player in the video. Hopefully there will be more soon with people who can show an exciting way to play.
