That's because it's a highschool setting game. Most anime with high school settings are pretty consistent since school uniforms are quite aesthetic.

It's bad when they go high fantasy and characters just slap various metals and mismatching fabric on them and call it a day. I don't even know how Pyra puts her dress on because it looks so fucking busy design wise that it looks like her clothes are glued to her body.
