It's gonna flop won't it
What is the point of this or any Xbox if every game they have is on PC?
>>380400316
It will sell more than the Switch when its all said and done.
if you can guarantee that it can
1. Play 4k 60fps
Or
2. Play 95% of all games at 60fps or higher on high settings consistently
I'll buy it.

Definitely could, all the games are still on the Xbox One S which is gonna be half the price, PS4 already has a massive lead, and PS4 Pro may have a price drop to $349 or $299 before it releases.
Then there's the game issue

Oh look, another person who doesn't understand what consoles exist for. Here are some facts that might make it more obvious
>no exclusive was in the top ten best selling games list for either PS4 or XBO last year
>the best selling game was FIFA on both systems
>the second best selling game was Battlefield 1
>more people used netflix on both systems than had ever played an exclusive game
>>380400316
/v/ also said the switch was gonna flop, horizon zero dawn was going to "rape" zelda, monster hunter wasn't going to come to ps4, bethesda was going to announce starfield at E3, from software was going to announce a new game at E3, etc.
>>380401058
this. 100 times this. No one cares about "exclusives". They want to play sports games, COD/battlefield, GTA V, and watch netflix.
Yup
>$499
Yup.
>>380401279
That's why I always do the opposite of what /v/ says.
>>380400316
Probably.

sounds like they're getting their entertainment system they always wanted. I remember early xbox marketing was all about watching dvds and ripping cd. The dvd remote was a big controversy since people didn't expect it. Also the HDDVD bullshit with xbox 360. Microsoft has always wanted to sell a 3do
>>380401279
Hold the front door.
Switch was said to be a flop, sure but /v/ was never pro horizon. There were shit posting threads constantly and there is nothing new or especially interesting about it.
>>380400316
Nah it will do just fine. Will be a big seller during the holiday season. Especially in the US.
>>380400316
As badly as the Pro.
>>380401058
>more time consuming updates and downloads than a PC could ever dream of
Most consoles are no longer "consoles", there is no longer any plug and play element. They're frankenstein-tier gaming machines that no longer have any of the aspects that made console gaming enjoyable in the first place. You're better off with a PC or an original xbox/gamecube
>>380400316
Didn't make a very compelling argument to buy one at all when literally everything is also coming to Windows 10. I'm just going to sit back and get everything when it comes to Steam after 6 months of Windows Store "exclusivity".
