Capcom USA (A team I didn't even know existed these days) is the main developer behind it.

But what doesn't make sense is WHY it's being rushed out.

There's no Avengers movie out this year, Guardians 2 will be old news by the time it comes out... Vanilla MvC3 was rushed out the door to beat MK9 to the market but this time there's no reason for the short turnaround on development.

Street Fighter V is hanging in solely because the FGC just needs a Capcom game to rally around but its reputation with the public is poor and MKX and Injustice 2 both have easily outsold it.

The Marvel brand is extremely relevant but I'm not sure if even casuals will be bothered to pick it up, let alone the DLC.

Even EA is dropping charged DLC these days.
