luminous and UE4 are tremendously similar, graphically. there are standards in graphics rendering, you can safely assume every single modern engine adheres to those standards. fox, UE4, luminous, unity basically use the exact same standard uber shader. if you were to put the same exact art assets in each of those, and have the same lighting set up, you would only see slight variations between engines.

It's not horrible and somewhat easy to use while working even on your mamma's toster, but at the same time it lags behind other engines, significantly in some areal like lighting and all other cool technologies like a proper smoothing when it comes to 3D games, and for some reasons textures no matter what looks shit in Unity vs other engines.
