BotW's impact on games

We've seen a bunch of games at E3, and I think many of them showed some features that clearly resemble Breath of the Wild.
Of course this could be a coincidence, and I'm not saying BotW invented any of them, but I still think it's worth talking about.
To list a few
>slow mo shooting arrows (AC Origins)
>placing pins on the map (Mario Odyssey, Metroid 3DS, some other game I don't remember)
>vague riddles instead of precise quests (Sea of Thieves, though I guess it makes sense in the context of pirates)

What do you think? Am I reading too much into this?
Either way, do you think Botw will have a lasting impact on how games are designed from now on?
