Freeze subverts the Predator gameplay and forces you to utilize every tool at your disposal. Even though it's easy, it's done really well and is exactly how a boss is supposed to be. On top of that, the atmosphere of the fight is great, Freeze constantly tracking you makes you feel like you are being hunted down, and keeping track of what you have and haven't done to Freeze makes for some good gameplay.

Krauser sucks though, you are right.

I only say this because I fought the final boss for HZD and it was one of those god damn "fight a bunch of regular enemies while fighting a mid-boss type enemy then go QTE the true boss with one button" type of fights..

They did the same thing for Bioshock Infinite and I fucking hate it when they do it because it feels lazy as fuck.

Listen, I played the game on the japanese yahoo page when it blew up here, but everyone remember it from the dramatization made by some anons who created pictures or gifs, or even that ken ashcorp voice clip.

Most of the bosses on that picture had at least some feeling of excitement provided by the game itself.

Most boss fights on your list are boring where it's either:

1) boss changes forms 2-3 times before QTEs
2) boss is just really powerful and he does a super move ever 5 minutes or so in an easily noticed pattern

most boss fights are in generally shit.. UNLESS.. they were fights that were slowly built up over the game or were things you just were not expecting to happen.
