Most of them aren't new to Crash, so I guess it depends a lot on whether you played the later games or not.

Everyone thinks of Clancy Brown as Cortex, but I've since warmed to Lang's portrayal too. It's not as imposing, but it rounds out the character at least

New ones are good (Dingodile comes to mind), some of the returning ones have gotten better (Crash, Brio, Gin, Aku and Uka respectively).

Lex has been a consistently good Cortex from the beginning, but I understand those who have difficulty seeing anyone who isn't Clancy; man's voice is legendary. Also Coco is good so long as Debi doesn't slip into her Jimmy Neutron voice.
