This is still a cash cow of course it's not dead. Switch is just weird because as of now, it really does seem to be getting successfully marketed as a portable home console oxymoron that that is.

But 3DS just has way too big an install base especially in Japan for Nintendo to just abandon it especially when they are the only players in the game.
