That was the worst in the series

PLEASE give us faster, more agile gameplay. I want to run around everywhere, jumping off of walls, Speed Boosting and Shinesparking all over the place like a motherfucker. Give me a ton of new abilities too.

And I want the sprint animation to be like Samus' classic run animation from the 2D games but from the first-person view.

Yes. I love the Prime series, but one thing it fails to do is capture that sense of speed that the 2D games have. Other first-person games like Mirror's Edge and Overwatch had you be fast and nimble, jumping off of walls, climbing them, boosting around all over the place, and stuff, why not Metroid? It'd be a great way to evolve the series.
