I honestly wouldn't even be surprised.
That E3 trailer looked like something on the level of what mods in other games manage to accomplish.

Where are the supposed siege engines? That was supposed to be a big change in bannerlord yet we have zero footage of them.
Where's the improved AI? The enemies seem to still funnel towards you in a straight line just like in warband.
Inertia and force of collision still seems to be non existent. Two horses charging and colliding and full speed still just bring them to a stop.

what siege engines? we've seem the battering rams and ballista and catapults and siege towers.

AI in the siege footage were taking multiple routes to the main fort. some went up ladders and others went through the main gate. same for the defenders who were all along the wall and not just bunched up at a single ladder.

it's fine. two horses charging and colliding would be a clusterfuck. go ahead and show me a game where that even happens. this is a fucking video game dude and you're clearly expecting some kind of simulator like toribash.
