Man, Xenoblade Chronicles is one of my favorite games and i enjoyed XCX a lot, but these anime faces really destroyed the game for me.

I like anime, but why did they have to completely change the character design now, especially when it is a sequel?

From what i have seen there are turn based battles now, which makes it even worse.

This last trailer looked like shit to be honest.
The artstyle also looks like average anime shit.
XCX was complete shit but at least it had the original Xeno artstyle for the characters.
Heres hoping at least the plot is decent this time.

Character design was actually the thing that made me drop Xenoblade.
It already looked like Advent Children meaning it was focused on casual clothing that looks kinda practic but ultimately just reflects the specific point where party members join you while becoming a showcase of "pretty" hairstyles faggots will definitely get wrong when cosplaying the characters IF they get popular enough to inspire a cosplay.
