Maybe it only means that the game is not dubbed to the other languages from Europe, I live in South America and I'm used to see in most games similar lines informing that the game audio is not translated, or that the complete game is in English.

The Switch version of BOTW is the same for all 3 regions, and includes all the dubs, so I can see Nintendo doing the same for Xenoblade 2 unless it's too much to fit in one cartridge, but then again it would be only English and Japanese, not 7 languages or so like in Zelda.

Real but it usually means that there will be only english as a language used in Europe in the game, every country from it had that disclaimer in their trailer. A game not having japanese option never says it in its trailer.
