The Death of Playstation

I think this conference marks the end of the bygone Playstation era. Where Sony could simply pay developers to not support Nintendo hardware and expect to find success.

We had conferences for the past three days, and not a single one had ANYTHING that was anywhere near as exciting as what we saw at Nintendo's conference. It was all the same shit, especially in the Playstation conference itself.

Third parties are old and tired. It was only earlier this year that Nintendo pumped out BOTW, one of the best games ever made, and it looks very possible that Odyssey might top it. Dozens of great games are launching in between those releases, including Arms, Ever Oasis, Hey Pikmin, Splatoon 2, Rabbids, and FE Warriors.

All of these games are Nintendo exclusive.
