This is an unacceptable excuse for (what used to be) a triple-A developer like Capcom. They are, or at least used to be, one of the greats. I don't know how they're allowing themselves to get BTFO by smaller companies. Look at what Arc System Works is doing with the Xrd engine and then compare it to SFV. That was embarrassing enough, but now MvCI looks even worse than SFV.

Im not saying it's acceptable it's just the route Capcom are taking. After getting BTFO by burning money on shit like Resi 6 and lost planet 3 their new focus is to try making huge selling games on tiny budgets. Resident evil 7 was made insanely cheap too and it was a huge success.
