I mean maybe it's just me but games do not seem interesting anymore. Every new game they showed just felt the same as everything else and looked so boring and soulless. This whole generation has been a massive disappointment.

There are significantly more sequels in 17. But im still happy with what theyve announced so far.

Do you forget that an average game from a big pub didn't take 3-5 years to develop in 1995? Most games, even ones that were huge at the time, were churned out in under a year. Of course more games were revealed when dev cycles were so short.

That's because those games were made for actual videogame enthusiasts. Modern games are made for normalfags.

Naw, I've been a old games > new games fag since last gen. Most of these triple A games look samey and unoriginal. And it seems like almost every game that got a ton of hype ends up being okay or just straight trash.

Did each of those had their own conference/stand? Damn, what saddens me the most is not the quantity of games, but the monopolization of the industry.
