not until handheld series make the switch so i can buy it in complete confidence that it is the 3ds successor. backwards compatibility wouldve been a fair bet, but there's nothing linking it besides portability which really means nothing

Don't see much of the appeal of the Switch. Hope it and Nintendo does well but it just doesn't have anything to draw me in.

Well, I pre-ordered one that comes with a digital copy of Splatoon 2.
Cost me a little less than the usual £280 retail price due to staff discount and a coupon.

Not going to use it till Christmas though. (Since its a shared present with my autistic younger brother and his birthday is at Christmas day too)
Going to get Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8, Pokken DX, and Sonic Forces and Mania for it most likely. Probably Zelda and Arms and Bomberman too.
It will all be cheaper to scoop up the games by then.
