Probably not. People got so high-strung over the Western localization that they forget that this thing crashed and burned even in Japan. It was doomed from the outset; the only thing the censorship did was preventing the "ironic" 4chan/Reddit/Gaia weeaboo crowd from propelling it to a cult classic in the West, as was done with the Neptunia games.
