Do you plan on using it on a 4k screen/TV and/or want VR? If so, get the Pro, otherwise not.

I think you missed the question here. It's not about getting a PS4 or not, it about weather you should get PS4 Pro or a normal PS4.

Yeah just get a regular, the pro will play in 4K but the regular is fine

Get a USED regular PS4. They are cheap as fuck these days and often come with an extra controller and some games.

Get a normal one.
