No Replay Value: The Game
it reeks of kane & lynch
Replay Value is overrated
>>380094396
>implying any game has it
>>380094396
who the fuck replays single player games. once you've experienced the story once, there's really no point in doing it again.
some games are an exception to that.
>x is my favorite game! I've played it five times! I replay it every year!
>What? [modern, classic, exceptional, and slightly retro game]? No, I haven't played it, I just haven't gotten around to it.
replay value is a meme

>I've only played shitty modern cinematic experience games

It would take me less than 7 hours to replay Silent Hill 2 five times in a row.
Devoting that much time to it a year is perfectly reasonable desu.
bioshock supposedly have replay value
rescue or harvest them little sisters.
even tho i finished it only once

>modern cinematic experience games
>a way out
>>380094396
I'm just happy to see more devs showing some love for couch co-op
>>380096058
Why would I play some dogshit modern game when I can have half an hour of pure fun in a classic arcade game?
Call me when they start making quality games again.

Actually, if this game is anything like Brothers it will have replay value. At least moreso than most story-driven games. The reason is because it's co-op with co-op mechanics. Sure you won't be replaying it with anyone online, but let's say you have a friend who enjoys casual games or a relative you want to pass the time with, this game works great as a 'team-building co-op' experience, a bit like Portal 2.
