Sticker Star has the decency to not even try right out of the gate with its shit story and very obviously half assed stripped down mechanics.

SPM sets you up for a grand adventure like the past 2 games and COMPLTELEY UNDERWHELMS the entire time. Resulting you in playing hoping it gets better when it actually gets worse.

I think Sticker Star would've been better if they actually finished it instead of cutting a thousand corners and kicking it out the door. Easily the weakest Mario rpg I've played.

Music was still pretty good, though. I especially liked the boss fight music.

Graphics and music are top notch.
Story, gameplay and characters are garbage. It has some funny lines here and there, but I couldn't force myself to finish that shitstain, and I tried. Looking at the WiiU game really drags me in because of how great it looks, but as soon as I see a couple minutes of it playing, it shows just how much Sticker Star it is, and I'm imediatelly bummed to the max. Depressing, really. All that work on visuals and music, completely lost on a completely shit game (or rather, 2 of them).
