So I've recently just started a new character on OSRS and I did Waterfall and a few other quests to jump start strength and attack to thirties-ish and now my defence is ridiculously behind and I need to bring it up. What's the best way to do this? Also what should be my first skill I begin to work on that I can do while playing another game?

Fishing is useful for some memberquests, Firemaking and Woodcutting should be priorized too.
