Well, there was a ton of content cut or left unused during its development. Originally supposed to be more colossi. I would love to see 4 or even 8 more included. Ain't gonna happen though. It'll be prettier and maybe a few extra items.

Doesn't make it unplayable or anything, but Wander loses his balance far easier in the HD port.

Still, other than improved graphics, something that SoC doesn't really need due to its art style, I too am unsure what point a full remake would be.
