Anyway I also want to know. I like the mainstream nep games but most of the spinoffs are dumb. I know it's 20 bucks but is it worth it to spend it or should I wake a few days to pirate it?

It's probably the best out of the Nep spin offs. Has a whole bunch of neat gameplay additions and changes.
The story is incredibly bare bones, and it only has the SeHa Girls and Planeptune Neps. Lots of fun scenes though, just don't expect to run across Noire, Blanc, or Vert or anything.
