Alright PCfags, I want a PC exclusively for strategy games like Total Warhammer but mainly 4x like endless legend and isometric RPGs. I will also use it for web browsing, and general coursework/studying.

Can I get aways with spending $500 on it without counting monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a desk? Not that I have those but I figure I can find them cheap.
