Sometimes while I'm doing phantom combos the game randomly registers my held Os as normal air O attacks instead of phantom blasts.

I hope the PC release got rid of some of the bugs from the vita version like enemies vanishing when they spawn in the middle of a super. Though they would reappear once you paused and unpaused the game.
