Its pretty well optimized from what I remember. I could run it on my laptop. Gameplay wise, it is very much so reminiscent of the old Resident Evils, in TPS form. Like RE4, but clunkier. While it takes some getting used to, I would argue that it is part of the charm since the game is difficult even on Normal difficulty, the difficulty stemming from a lack of ability to stockpile resources easily and the aforementioned gameplay clunkiness. Very much so a love it or hate it game.

Ignore that shit, this is from when the Xbone and PS4 first came out and the PC specs of games were flat out wrong.

I ran this at 30FPS on my 560ti and i5-3470, and after I got a 970, it runs at a solid 60 with everything at max even at 1440p.

That trailer was the best thing about E3 so far, imo

Looks pretty abstract and I hope that kind of direction makes it into the game, with modern day RE4 gameplay

I think I can figure out Ruvik's role. Since Lily is the new host of STEM, and I see a LOT of Laura in these trailers, I think Sebastian is going to have the race against Ruvik to get to Lily, because Ruvik wants to do to Lilly what he did to Leslie, but with Laura; to download her mind into Lilly's body to resurrect her. It was stated in a manual or something that Laura isn't exactly dead, but in a coma, this is probably going to come into play in the sequel here.

The character models referenced Laura being dead, but the in-game story said she was in a coma.

I figured her being in a coma was the entire reason for Ruvik doing what he was doing. He was trying to find a way to awaken her or connect with her again.

It was odd that the story never reveals this.

Did they solved that cliffhanger ending in DLCs or do they just ignore Ruvik and all that stuff that happened?

Also, lost daughter is the laziest horror plot I can imagine. Still hyped though.

I really hope the fleshed out the upgrades more, that was my big complaint about the first one I saw no point in upgrading I just hoarded points until near the end game because I felt they were so useless.
