How relevant is Riku's campaign in CoM 1.5 to understand better the story in 2? I'm barely three levels into it and am bored as fuck.

I actually was having fun in Sora's part, there was a bigger variety of cards and combos, but in Riku's I'm playing on Proud, mashing X and destroying everything with little effort. It feels like it goes on forever but I beat each world in less than twenty minutes.

It's pretty short which is nice. Plus those boss battles get really intense so I had a lot of fun doing them. If you're not enjoying those then there won't be much to carry you through if you don't care about the story either
