NO WHERE on this card or Potion of Madness does it state it gives the card "CHARGE".
It has the exact same text description as Mind Control except with the return to the owner implied at the end of the turn.

If a newbie comes into this game, plays Mins Control then sees this card they're going to think what the fuck is the point?

If they literally just put on the text that the target minion recieves Charge until the end of turn it would be fixed but nope they've yet to do something so simple yet necessary.
