Mitsuru has been friends with Aki and Shinji for years. There are classmates that admire Mitsuru. One NPC turns lesbian for Mitsuru. Mitsuru has the smarts, looks, hair, and charisma. There's a reason Makoto doesn't share the Empress Arcana with Mitsuru. Haru and Mitsuru share a lot of background together on the other hand, but both girls deal with theor baggage in different ways. Mitsuru owns her name and her responsabilities, but becomes a lost puppy once her source of admiration is gone. She basically lost her reason to live, it wasn't full mourning over her loss. When the same happens to Haru, she goes through a brief mourning period before compacting that elsewhere in her mind. It's a thing that happens in the real world too, under heavy duress the brain will sometimes archive those strong egative emotion until its ready to begin dealing with it at the proper time. I really like Mitsuru and Haru and the way theyre alike but oh so different. Love my redhead girlfriends.

Forgot to expand. Haru and Mitsuru both have trust issues, its something Mitsurus father scolds her in public about too. Haru does solitary activities like gardening and doesnt mingle with the rest of the student body by her own choice. Harus group of "friends" outside of school are likely the same as her ex, picked by her father. Mitsuru yearns her fathers approval at every waking moment, Haru is in a lose/lose situation that got beaten into her head. Haru ends up being stronger for it in the long run, it makes me happy she didnt choose to run the company at the end, choosing her own happy path that still honors her family, while still retaining shares in the company. I admire both Mitsurus and Harus story because I'm a total sap for their type.

I love Aigis' design, voice, and max link, but she's kinda shoehorned in. Mitsuru is way cooler because she's the actual leader calling the shots for most of the game. You're really joining her party.

All the P4 girls are kinda bad. Yukiko's character arc is a flat line, Chie is literally retarded, and Naoto is the dumbest "greatest detective". Rise, for all the shit she gets, sidesteps the typical "PLAYER-KUN LOOKED AT ME TIME TO BE SHY UGUU". She's direct in her feelings, and after accepting her shadow, she actually has a shift in personality, instead of having weird hangups like Kanji or Naoto. If you pick another P4 girl over her, it's probably because they cater to a fetish.

I'm not done with P5 but Haru is boring and Makoto hijacks too many conversations; she's really the Yosuke of the group. Ann's chill but lacks a good "hook"; her modeling thing doesn't come up much (her link is mostly tied to Shiho) and she gets sidelines once Makoto starts speaking for the player in every scene. Futaba is fun and from what I've seen she has a good arc and progression set up for her.

(If we're allowed to count side characters, though, I'd say Ai was best P4 girl and Sadayo was best P5 girl. Fun personalities, good arcs/progression, etc.)

Fuuka has a lot of qualities and traits that make her someone very pleasant to be with.

First is her calm and serene nature, Fuuka is a very gentle and reserved person, she's the kind of person you can be in a comfortable silence with, and her presence is very soothing.

Second, she's very smart and dexterous, she has ample knowledge of technology and various scientific topics, making her someone great to have an insightful conversation regarding these topics, specially technology since she's an expert that can build her own gadgets and equipment.

Thirdly would be her strong conviction and will to help the people around her, she's very conscious about everyone's status and how they're feeling, and she tries her best to help them overcome these issues, she gives her everything when supporting the team and does not rest until everyone is safe and happy.
She also doesn't seek any gratitude or reward for her deeds, she finds helping to be its own reward, which I find admirable, she has a heart of gold.

I think those would be the main things, but there's still some smaller things that I love about Fuuka that I didn't include because the character limit is brutal.
