It's also the #1 issue with the game: everyone has different hp/armor pools, hitbox sizes, and speeds.

It's horrible. I recommend not playing it even out of curiosity. Runs terrible, netcode is terrible, not a good feeling at all. This isn't one of those "it's not quake 3 so it's shit" it's just bad full stop.

Played the beta, it's painfully average and so fucking bland.

Boring weapons, boring characters, boring powers, flawed level design. Never thought I'd say this, but I actually enjoyed nu Doom's MP a bit more. If you played the latter, you'd know what I mean.

I've played quite a lot of DOOM MP

Used to really enjoy it but after played QC, I just cant go back to it

Movement is too slow and the weapons feel too soft

But I'll agree that the characters and maps in QC are pretty bad
