Ultima VI's is my favorite one, because of how subversive it is. The intent was that most players will see it as a hero stomping a defeated evil demon, but when they play the game they find out that the artwork was drawn from the viewpoint of the gargoyle race, showing humanity's "paragon of virtue" evilly crushing them under his heel, and making the player confront his own prejudices. Yay postmodernism.

It was really neat how Ultima V and VI both acted as criticisms of IV.

Doom's box art was awful as well, but it had a reversible cover that looked really nice. Hopefully Wolfenstien is the same: focus tested corporate approved default cover with all the logos and shit on the outside, with a cool arty cover with no logos/rating as an optional replacement.
