There's a slim chance TES VI will release next year but I'd say 2019 is much more likely.

That's just going off their release of previous games.

Oblivion came out 4 years after Morrowind
Fallout 3 came out 2.5 years after Oblivion
Skyrim came out 3 years after FO3
Fallout 4 came out 4 years after Skyrim

It doesn't have to be named after the location it takes place in. TES IV took place in Cyrodiil but was called Oblivion. I'm sure the subtitle for TES VI will have the letters "VI" in it somewhere
